The personal information that we collect may include such details as your name and title, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration number, medical practice address, mobile phone number, email address, and graduation year.       (c) send you information about our goods and services, offers and promotions (including our group companies) and communicate changes to our goods and services or terms and conditions; and

If you advise us that you consent to receiving information and product updates about Astellas (whether at the time you register an account on our Website or otherwise), we will provide your personal information to Astellas ( Australia) Pty Ltd to enable Astellas to send you marketing communications about their products.
